When you have found the antivirus, spyware or anti adware software that you want to use, install the software onto your computer.  Open the software and have a “scan” done on your programs and files.  As the “scan” runs it will locate the different programs and files that have been infected by the Trojan Horse virus.  As the “scan” completes, remove the infected files and repeat the “scan”.  The reason you want to run the “scan” a couple of times is because the Trojan Horse virus will hide deep within your programs and files and can also bundle itself within a bunch of different programs and files.  The first “scan” may not find all of the infected files and programs.
